Where can I receive my order?
We ship worldwide from our studio in Barcelona, Spain.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All pieces are made to order.

Production time: 10–20 business days

EU & UK delivery: 1–3 business days

International delivery: 2–8 business days
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via DHL Express. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Customs duties & import fees
For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Returns
Can I return my order?
As all Madara Couture pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

This allows us to reduce waste and operate in line with slow fashion principles.
