At Madara Couture, each garment is handmade to order in our Barcelona studio. This means every piece is created specifically for you, with care, intention, and craftsmanship.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, our return policy is more limited than standard retail.
Retruns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item received is incorrect

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order and hygienic nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Custom or made-to-measure orders
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and contact us before purchasing if unsure.
Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, production may have already started, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
